The CBI has issued summons to Tamil Nadu Congress General Secretary Bussy Anand and Joint General Secretary CDR Nirmal Kumar in connection with the Karur crowd congestion incident. Both have been asked to appear in person at the CBI office in Karur the day after tomorrow for inquiry.
