“Unannounced power outages across the state have made it impossible to operate agricultural pump sets. Amidst this situation, TVK government—showing not the slightest understanding of the farmers’ pain and anguish—has issued a hollow, deceptive announcement promising 18 hours of uninterrupted three-phase power,” criticized AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi Palaniswami.
