Fear has gripped residents of Porthi village in Ooty, Nilgiris district, after an injured tiger was spotted hiding in a tea estate for over 32 hours. The presence of the wounded big cat in the plantation area has created panic among villagers, with forest officials closely monitoring the situation and taking precautionary measures to ensure public safety and rescue the animal.
