Maersk Suspends Cargo Bookings: Due to the ongoing war in the Gulf, Maersk, one of the world’s largest cargo shipping companies, has announced that it will suspend cargo bookings to and from the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia until further notice.
