Chief Minister Vijay personally met and commended Head Constable Velmurugan for intercepting a Gutkha smuggling attempt. CM praised and congratulated Velmurugan for his bravery in climbing onto the roof of a car and traveling 40 kilometers to stop the smugglers who were attempting to flee.
