Delhi police special cell Officials today carried out a swift operation, arresting nine terrorists who had established links with Pakistan’s intelligence agency, the ISI, and underworld syndicates in Mumbai. These individuals were apprehended just as they were hatching a major conspiracy to launch attacks in key areas of cities-including Delhi and Mumbai-as well as against security forces.
