Lights not working on the flyover area. Mud and debris deposited near the median and last lanes on the flyover and below the flyover too. if Medavakkam Panchayat doesn’t have money to pay the EB Bills, install solar panels for the lights to work. Motorists drive in dark which is a major risk.
