“I am not the kind of person to be intimidated by such things. The Dravidian movement itself was nurtured amidst opposition. When I stated that Sanatana Dharma must be eradicated, it did not imply that people should stop visiting temples. What I meant to eradicate was the practice of dividing people into ‘upper castes’ and ‘lower castes’,” stated Udhayanidhi Stalin.
