Sonam Wangchuk: Ladakh-based climate activist Sonam Wangchuk has warned that he will begin a 42-day hunger strike if Cockroach Janata Party founder Abhijeet Dipke or its members are arrested during the Jantar Mantar protest over education-related issues.
