The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has concluded its inquiry into a case involving a SECI solar power contract and Adani Group entities. Allegations regarding market dominance and anti-competitive practices were raised in this case; however, the Commission has stated that there was no strong evidence of collusion or bid rigging.
