Ramadoss has filed a case in the Delhi High Court challenging the Election Commission’s decision to recognize Anbumani as PMK president. The petition alleges that the Commission made a flawed decision without properly examining the documents, and wrongly accepted allegedly fake documents submitted by Anbumani to declare him party leader.
