Tamil Nadu’s Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (EDII) will conduct a 3-day bakery training program in Chennai from November 25–27, 2025. The course focuses on preparing bakery items using millets like ragi, thinai, and cholam. Participants will receive a government certificate and guidance on subsidy schemes.
