TVK Vijay: Madras High Court has ordered a case to be registered in the incident where two people fell after being hit by a campaign vehicle of TVK leader Vijay. The court, which questioned whether Vijay’s campaign vehicle should have been confiscated, said that this happened like an uncontrolled riot.
