Cyclone Didva, which has formed over the Bay of Bengal, is moving toward Chennai as a strong cyclone. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a warning of heavy to extremely heavy rainfall across several northern districts of Tamil Nadu. Residents are advised to stay alert and follow safety instructions as the cyclone advances.
