IPS officer Balveer Singh, who previously served as ASP in Ambasamudram, Tirunelveli district, and faced allegations of torturing detainees by forcibly removing their teeth, has once again been transferred back to a posting within the Tamil Nadu Police. He has now been appointed as Assistant Superintendent of Police in the Erode Special Force.
