Police have arrested Otrai Kann Jayapal for allegedly planning a revenge conspiracy after 12 accused in the Armstrong murder case were released on bail in Perambur, Chennai. Authorities state that Jayapal had been preparing to retaliate against those linked to the high-profile case.
