Low Pressure Area Forms: The Regional Meteorological Centre has announced the formation of a low-pressure area over the South Bay of Bengal. Heavy rainfall is expected from February 21 in parts of Tamil Nadu. Districts including Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, and Kanyakumari are among 10 areas likely to receive intense showers.
