Kilambakkam Railway Station: A senior railway official has indicated that the Kilambakkam railway station is expected to become operational in March. The Railway Safety Commissioner will inspect the route this month. Following approval, the Velachery–Parangimalai stretch under the MRTS expansion is also likely to open for public use in March.
