Tamil Nadu Chief Minister MK Stalin today inaugurated the memorial hall, built at a cost of Rs. 3.27 crore in Siravayal, Sivaganga district, which features a statue depicting the meeting and conversation between Mahatma Gandhi and Communist leader Comrade Jeeva.
