Union Heavy Industries Minister Kumaraswamy is under investigation in a corruption case filed against him for allegedly buying land illegally while he was the Chief Minister in 2007. He had appealed against the Karnataka High Court’s refusal to quash the investigation four years ago. In this situation, the Supreme Court has refused to quash the corruption case against Kumaraswamy.
