Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Monday launched the “Ulagam Ungal Kaiyil” scheme to distribute 10 lakh laptops to college students. The inauguration ceremony was held at the Trade Centre in Nandambakkam, Chennai. Actor Vijay Sethupathi, who attended the event, expressed his happiness and said he was emotionally moved to be part of the programme.
