Cyclone ‘Ditwah’ is a low-pressure area in the sea. Rain is expected to increase in many districts of Tamil Nadu including Chennai, Kanchipuram, Tiruvallur and Chengalpattu from tonight to tomorrow. He said that clouds are currently moving towards Chennai and there is a possibility of rain of up to 100 mm in Tiruvallur district.
