Malavika Iyer, a woman who lost both her arms in a bomb blast, had posted on her X site, “Your Malavika with a priceless smile in a free Pongal saree from the Tamil Nadu government! May the Pongal festival bring joy to everyone’s mind and excitement to the body.” Referring to her post, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin shared it on his X site and wrote, “My heart is filled with every blooming smile.”
