Edappadi Palaniswami participated in a campaign meeting today in Gobichettipalayam, the hometown of Sengottaiyan. Thousands of AIADMK supporters attended the event. During the meeting, a man named Arjun collapsed on the spot and was rushed to the hospital by ambulance, where he was pronounced dead.
