AMMK General Secretary TTV Dhinakaran revealed that he had given a written statement to Union Minister Amit Shah in 2021, warning that the AIADMK would lose the election if Edappadi K. Palaniswami was made the chief ministerial candidate. He also clarified that there is no possibility of him joining hands with Palaniswami.
