The Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has imposed an interim ban on TNPSC’s plan to directly recruit 218 Village Administrative Officers without conducting district-level transfers. The court ordered the Revenue Commissioner and TNPSC Chairman to respond, with the next hearing scheduled for November 14.
