The Madras High Court is set to hear today the Tamil Nadu government’s appeal challenging the transfer of the BSP state president Armstrong’s murder case to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The state has opposed the CBI probe, arguing that the case should remain under the jurisdiction of the state police.
