Tamil Nadu Home Secretary Dheeraj Kumar was on his way to his home in Koyambedu from the Secretariat after work the night before yesterday. While his car was travelling on the Poonamalli Highway near Arumbakkam, a mini van carrying employees of a private company rammed into the car in which Dheeraj Kumar, an IAS officer, was travelling and did not stop.
