Bike taxis are facing severe criticism not only in Tamil Nadu but also in Karnataka. In this context, the Karnataka High Court has ordered that bike taxis must be banned by June 15. In response, bike taxi drivers have urged the state transport minister to frame specific regulations for bike taxis instead of enforcing a ban.
