The Kamaraj Arangam in Teynampet, Chennai, and several acres of land adjacent to it belong to the Tamil Nadu Congress Committee Trust. An agreement was made with a private company to build a commercial complex on 12 acres of land here. But now it is said that the Congress does not want to provide the land. The company has filed a case in the High Court for land worth about 2000 crores.
