Two blasts took place in Guwahati, Assam, during the Republic Day celebrations. The Ulfa (I) has claimed responsibility for the blasts. The attack comes a few days after Pakistani intelligence officials met ULFA terrorist leader Paresh Barua, who is in a Bangladeshi jail, and the ULFA has issued a warning to our country.
