The Chennai Meteorological Department has said that there is a possibility of heavy rain with thunder and lightning in 14 districts from Chennai to Kumari in the next 2 hours in Tamil Nadu. The Meteorological Department has also said that there is a possibility of light rain in 7 districts including Ramanathapuram, Thanjavur and Thiruvarur.
