Kerala doctors have said that the walking pneumonia infection is spreading rapidly in Kerala and that while it used to spread only to people between the ages of 5 and 17, it is now spreading to children as well. The Kerala Health Department has also said that wearing a face mask can prevent the spread of the infection.
