At the Ozone Greens apartment complex in Perumbakkam, Chennai, electricity has been supplied via diesel generators for the past eight years, as there is no permanent power connection. Residents have been raising this issue for several years. In response, Electricity Minister Nirmal Kumar has addressed the matter, inviting the residents to meet him in person.
