“Voters report that TVK is offering the highest amount of money per vote in the by-election. Yet, Chief Minister Vijay campaigns with the message, ‘A pure force… we will not pay for votes.’ The concerned leaders must respond to this,” said CPIM State Secretary P Shanmugam.
