Details regarding the election expenditure incurred by the DMK and AIADMK in the Tamil Nadu Assembly elections have been submitted to the Election Commission of India. According to the report, the DMK spent a total of Rs.197 crore, while the AIADMK spent Rs.116 crore. It has also been revealed that the Naam Tamilar Katchi spent slightly over Rs.1 crore.
