More than a year has passed since the tender notification was issued for the Maduravoyal –Chennai Outer Ring Road (ORR) elevated corridor project—valued at ₹1,228.87 crore—yet the bids have not been opened. While the date for this process has been rescheduled 15 times so far, it has now been postponed again and set for October 16, 2026.
