Solicitor General Tushar Mehta told the Supreme Court that the Greater Noida Executive Magistrate who issued a show-cause notice to a Gautam Buddh University student, seeking a personal bond of Rs five lakh for allegedly campaigning for a Cockroach Janata Party protest, has been suspended.
