An Indian entrepreneur has shared the story of a Bengaluru-based IT professional who chose work-life balance over a higher salary, turning down an annual pay hike of ₹20 lakh. The 31-year-old IT employee, who earns ₹45 lakh, would have been earning ₹65 lakh today had he accepted that promotion.
