AIADMK MLA Edappadi Palaniswami, PMK MLA Ganesh, and DMK MLA Thangam Thennarasu moved and spoke on a special calling-attention motion regarding the dead fish found floating in the Ennore-Kosasthalaiyar River. Responding to this, Environment Minister Rajeev stated that industrial effluents were not the cause of the fish deaths in the river.
