“Ration supplies can be purchased from any shop in Tamil Nadu. Even without the physical ration card, one can buy the goods by simply having a soft copy of the card on a mobile phone,” said P. Venkataramanan, Tamil Nadu’s Minister for Food and Consumer Protection.
