CJI Surya Kant: It had been announced that Chief Justice of the Supreme Court (CJI) Surya Kant would participate as the chief guest at the 86th convocation ceremony of the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) in Mumbai. However, it has now been announced that Dr. C.S. Pramesh, Director of Tata Memorial Hospital, will participate as the chief guest in his place.
