Chennai Rain: As heavy rain lashes Chennai and its suburbs, the Meteorological Department has forecast rain in 19 districts until 7 PM. The department has stated that rainfall is expected in the districts of Nellai, Tenkasi, Virudhunagar, Coimbatore, and Chengalpattu.
