Regarding the Cauvery issue, Stalin should speak sincerely with the public interest in mind, rather than speaking out of spite over the fact that the DMK government has lost power and the TVK government has taken over. Can he do that? Deep down, his inner self would say no, driven by genuine spite. The TVK IT Wing has stated that this is a fact known not just to them, but to the entire world.
