CREDAI has expressed concern over the inclusion of an additional 550 hectares of land in the designated Ramsar site at Pallikaranai, Chennai, stating that this move would result in a financial impact of ₹71,500 crore and adversely affect lakhs of people who hold land titles (pattas).
