MK Stalin: Chief Minister Joseph Vijay is visiting the seawater desalination plant at Nemmeli in Chengalpattu district this afternoon. Meanwhile, the foundation stone plaque for the second major unit of the Nemmeli desalination project has been removed. The DMK has strongly condemned this action.
