Infosys CEO Salil Parekh emerged as the highest-paid IT executive in India with Rs 82.6 crore remuneration in FY26, followed by Tech Mahindra CEO Mohit Joshi who received Rs 67.55 crore. A large portion of Joshi’s pay came from stock option gains, while Parekh’s compensation was 742 times the median employee pay at Infosys.
