Jagadish Palanisamy, a long-time trusted aide, has been appointed as the private Secretary (Political) to Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Joseph Vijay. Although the appointment was made on May 12, the Tamil Nadu government issued an official announcement regarding it today (June 22).
