State Chief Electoral Officer Archana Patnaik has instructed District Election Officers to commence preparations for holding by-elections in the 5 vacant Assembly constituencies in Tamil Nadu. Returning Officers and Assistant Returning Officers have been appointed for all five constituencies where the by-elections are to be held.
