Tamil Nadu Industry Minister Keerthana has visited South Korea’s HD Hyundai Heavy Industries to push forward the $4 billion greenfield shipbuilding project in Thoothukudi. The move comes after the state lost the Mazagon Dock shipyard project to Andhra Pradesh.
